The Services are orchestrated from their UK based 24/7 Support Centre. The result gives their partners the power to sell, implement and support client projects on the scale of a major 24/7 value added service and technology operation, but without the time and operating cost overhead.
Continuously review and develop the sales and marketing strategy for the services brand
Actively promote new services
Work with all Sales & PM Teams to maximise sales
Design Promotions / Campaigns with Marketing
Negotiate with large potential users
Maximise Training revenues and attendances
Liaise with Vars and Vendors
Work closely with Sales, Marketing and the Tech Services depts
experienced in selling service
